Any activities that would violate applicable sanctions laws and regulations

Any activities prohibited under defence trade control laws and regulations

Any criminal activities as defined by applicable Australian, U.S., or U.K. law

Any unauthorised transfer or disclosure of defence-related information
You represent and warrant that you are not subject to these restrictions and will immediately notify us if you become subject to any of these restrictions. We maintain the right to verify your status against any relevant government lists or registers. We reserve the right to terminate access immediately and without notice to users who violate or are suspected of violating these restrictions.
For the purposes of these Terms, references to laws and regulations include any amendments, updates, or successor legislation as may be enacted from time to time.

4. TERMINATION OF USE
We may at our sole discretion suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice for any reason or no reason at all.
